Classes meet once per week from 9:30-11:30 AM
On your registration form please indicate your top 3 class choices and we will do our best to meet your requests.
In the unlikely situation that we cannot accommodate your requests we will notify you of this as soon as possible.
If you have any special requests be sure to note them in the "class selection comments" section.
Registration/Tuition Dates

$55 Registration fee is due upon receiving your acceptance letter and invoice

Acceptance/placement letters will be sent out following registration and 50% of tuition is due at this time

March 15th - March 30- Early registration for currently enrolled students.

March 31st- General Registration Begins for the 2025-2026 school year

June 15th- Class assignments will be made no later than this date

July 15th - Full tuition refund if student withdraws by this date (minus $55 registration fee)

July 15th- Remaining 50% of tuition due no later than this date

July 16th - $100 Late fee assessed for any unpaid tuition

July 15- July 31 –If student withdraws during this time, 50% of tuition refund available (minus $55 registration fee)

August 1 –No refunds for withdrawals from the program after this date.
Tuition Information
Fall Semester (16 classes) Tuition: $475
Annual (32 classes) Tuition: $850
Registration Fee: A $55 non-refundable application fee is required for each online registration submission payable via invoice sent to your email upon acceptance. This fee helps to cover administrative costs.
Materials Fee: For parent convenience we have decided to eliminate our "school supply list" and switch to a "materials fee". This will save parents from having to go to the store to purchase items and will allow our teachers to purchase exactly what they need for their classroom.
Tuition: Because we are a non-profit, low revenue organization, we appreciate prompt payment of tuition, any special event fees and fundraising monies. Upon acceptance into the program, you will be asked to submit tuition payment.
Tuition payments are made through the invoice link sent to your email.
