2024-2025 REGISTRATION WILL OPEN FOR NEW FAMILIES ON FRIDAY MARCH 15, 2024

Classes will be broken down by age group: 1/2's - 2/3's - 3/4's - mixed ages (ranging from 1-4 years old)

Final determination of which ages will be placed on which days will be made by June 15th.  

We feel that this will allow us to meet the needs of the majority of families by creating classes based on majority interest.  

On your registration form please indicate your top 3 class choices and we will do our best to meet your needs.  In the unlikely situation that we cannot accommodate your needs we will notify you of this as soon as possible.    

If you have any special requests be sure to note them in the "class selection comments" section.

Registration/Tuition Dates

 

  • Acceptance letters will be sent out following registration and 50% of tuition is due at this time

  • Placement letters will be sent out no later than June 15th

  • July 15th - Full tuition refund if student withdraws by this date  (minus $55 registration fee)

  • July 15th– Remaining 50% of tuition due

  • July 16th - Late fee assessed for any unpaid tuition

  • July 15- July 31 –If student withdraws during this time, 50% of tuition refund available (minus $55 registration fee)

  • August 1st –No refunds for withdrawals from the program after this date.

  • Classes are currently projected to begin Monday September 9, 2024 (THIS IS DATE IS TENTATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

 

1) REGISTRATION Information

 

Registration Fee: A $55 non-refundable application fee is required for each online registration submission payable via the Pay Now button at the time your application is submitted. This fee helps to cover administrative costs. 

Tuition:  Because we are a non-profit, low revenue organization, we appreciate prompt payment of tuition, any special event fees and fundraising monies.  Upon acceptance into the program, you will be asked to submit tuition payment.

 Fall Semester Tuition: $475

Annual Tuition: $850

Tuition payments are made through the link on the "pay tuition" tab of our website. Tuition is due no later than July 15, 2024.

A $100 late fee will be assessed on July 16, 2024 for any outstanding tuition payments. If there is a waitlist at that time, we reserve the right to terminate your child's enrollment if tuition has not been paid in full by July 15, 2024.

Tuition will be returned in full if your child is withdrawn before July 15, 2024. Withdrawing between July 15, 2024 and July 31, 2024 will result in forfeiture of 50% of tuition. Refunds are not granted if withdrawing August 1, 2024 or later.
