Full Summer & Single Session Playgroup Registration Information
This summer we are excited to offer two different styles of our summer program to meet the needs of each individual family! OnTuesday's we will continue to offer the summer playgroup that our community has grown to enjoy over the last few years, and on Thursday's we will also be offering our first ever teacher-led class for the summer months!! Our very own, Mrs. Melissa has worked hard creating engaging themes to keep your little one learning and playing all summer long!!
Summer 2026 Playgroup
Are you looking for a fun way to meet playmates for your child in your neighborhood? Or to just get out of the house and escape the heat or rain? Well look no further! TCBC offers a weekly playgroup to provide a safe, non-weather dependent space for local children aged 1-5 to meet and practice social and play skills. Children in this age group learn best through play, and there is no reason that learning has to stop over the summer! When you register for our playgroup you will have access to our classroom, all of our developmentally appropriate toys, and our playground. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other families in the area to help foster social skills development for your child.
This is a parent-led playgroup, it is not the same as the teacher led classes we hold during the school year. The entire emphasis will be on play, we will not be providing lesson plans.

Join us for a special 10-week Thursday morning summer series — a playful seasonal bonus for families of children aged 1-5 who want to stay connected and inspired through the summer months.
Each week is a stand-alone themed adventure filled with creativity, imagination, movement, music, sensory exploration, and joyful discovery. Designed especially for curious toddlers, this summer series blends connection and hands-on fun in a relaxed, sunshine-filled setting.
Below is our tentative list of themes and dates. Themes are subject to change.

April 15- Full Summer Registration Opens
April 22- Single Session Registration Opens- Based on availability
Cost:
Mrs. Melissa's Class-
Full summer (10 classes)- $300 ($50 savings)
Single Session- $35/class
Playgroup-
Full Summer (10 sessions)- $200 ($50 savings)
Single Session- $25
Entire Summer Registration -
This option allows you to register for the entire summer at once. Your child will be guaranteed a spot in the group every week and you will receive a tuition discount as opposed to paying for individual classes.
The full summer advance registration option will open on Wednesday April 15th and close on when one class reaches maximum capacity.

Single Class Registration -
This option allows you to register for specific dates. You can pick and choose the dates that work best with your schedule and register for as many or as few as you would like on a single registration form.
If you do not know your summer schedule at this time that is okay! You can register for classes on a weekly basis. Please be sure to submit registration by 9:00am the Sunday before the session you would like to attend, and please pay you invoice immediately upon receipt.
Sessions do typically reach capacity so we recommend registering for the dates you would like to attend as early as possible.
Register and Pay
Please note that our payment system has changed from last year. We are no longer able to offer a payment button, we will instead send individual invoices as you register. Please be sure to check your email for your invoice. All registrations made the same week as the session you plan to attend will be sent an invoice by Monday at 5:00.
All payments made using credit/debit card will be charged a 3% processing fee. You will have the option to pay with ACH/Checking account for no fee. Any payments made in the classroom using our QR code will automatically be charged a 3% processing fee.
